Tennessee Terrier Olympics in Gray, TN. We had a good, hot weekend. David was "alone" on Saturday as the kids and Carol met her folks in Gatlinburg for a day of visiting. Jess and Emily missed the opportunity to show that day. They really get disappointed when they do not get to be involved in the trial activities. Sunday the whole Keener Family was at the trial and Jess and Emily were once again involved in the activities and happy to be there. Jess won High Point Youth with Trouble and received an MP4 player. She was elated! Emily won Child Handler with Hassle and was very excited! Trouble won his class and Reserve Open Dog both days. He was the only terrier shown at this trial. Again, it was great to visit with our JRT friends and family. I want to thank Cheryl Hart and Heather Hayes for the pictures they took for me that weekend.

Carolina Spring Classic I & II in Pinewood, SC. Once again, the weather was supposed to be stormy, but we ended up having a beautiful weekend! It is always good to see our friends and their JRT's. Jessica won High Point Youth on Saturday and she won Reserve High Point Youth on Sunday. She was very excited! Emily one First place both days in the Child division. She can't wait to get into the Youth division and be able to compete against her sister. Sunday was a great day for Towery Pines Trouble! He won his class, Best Open Dog, and Best Open Terrier. Yeah!!! Hart Farms Annabelle (Towery Pines Trouble x Hart Farms Belle Star), owned by Cheryl Hart, won her class on Saturday and was also Best 4-6 month puppy! Hart Farms Morning Star (Towery Pines Trouble x Hart Farms Belle Star), owned by Scott Hammer, won her class on Sunday and won Reserve 4-6 month puppy! Congratulations to Cheryl and Scott!

Sunshine Showdown in Williston, FL. What a weekend! The weather was threatening on Sat with a lot of wind. Sunday the skies opened up and it poured! Everyone was a good sport about showing in the rain. On Saturday, Towery Pines Trouble won his class and Best Open Dog. On Sunday, he won his class, Best Open Dog, and Reserve Best Terrier. Woohoo! Little Eden Scurry was second in her class both days. She did well considering she is scared to death of a storm. She was also in the family class both days with her dam Little Eden Cover Girl and they won first place both days! Yeah!! Towery Pines Dilemma did well in her class (one of the biggest both days) and placed third. We had a good weekend and enjoyed getting together with friends and making a few new ones.
